Track-out camp at Resource Room Learning Center. Hands-on projects, small groups, and a day with real structure to it — all the best parts of a school day and none of the rest. This is not daycare with crafts. Every camp day is built with intention: hands-on science, creative challenges, outdoor exploration, coding, and movement, all wrapped in the kind of routine that helps kids thrive.

  • Led by educators, not teenagers

Our camp team are experienced educators who understand kids, know how to manage a room, and pitch a project so every camper has something real to do.

  • Structure kids can count on

A posted schedule, clear expectations, and a rhythm that repeats every day. Kids settle in fast when they already know what comes next.

  • Hands on, every single day

Build it, test it, take it apart, try again. Robotics, engineering challenges, and science experiments that end the week with something to carry home.

  • Enough variety to stay interesting

Academics, STEM, art, games, and outside time all in the same day. Long enough to get into something, short enough that nobody checks out.

  • Known in Holly Springs

2022 Holly Springs Business of the Year and 2025 Raleigh's Best Bronze in Education. Founded in 2015 by two career educators, Sam and Joe, and family run ever since.

Rolls into Summer Camp

If the district adjusts the calendar for weather makeup days, we will update this page and email registered families.

Bonus camp days

When Wake County closes, we open.

Teacher workdays, district holidays, and break weeks put all four tracks home on the same day, and most camps go dark right along with the schools. We don't. Twelve bonus camp days across the year, and they fill faster than anything else we run.

  • Friday, August 21, 2026

Teacher workday across the year-round calendar. Full camp day.

  • Tuesday, November 3, 2026

Teacher workday and Election Day. Kids build and create while you vote.

  • Wednesday, November 11, 2026

Veterans Day. Schools are closed, camp is open all day.

  • Wednesday, November 25, 2026

Thanksgiving week coverage. Closed Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after.

  • Dec 21 – 23 and Dec 28 – 30, 2026

Winter break camp, six full days. Closed Dec 24, Dec 25, Dec 31, and Jan 1.

  • Monday, January 18, 2027

Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Schools are closed, camp is open all day.

  • Friday, March 26, 2027

District holiday before spring sessions resume. Full camp day.
